KTM OFF-ROAD RACING

There is a small break in racing activity until the next British Enduro Championship and now is a good opportunity to evaluate the season so far and update you all on our progress and successes.I happy and very proud to say that all three riders have excelled themselves this year, moving up a gear so to speak and riding at their very best, they are all leading their respective BEC classes at the moment. This is a combination of many factors, desire and will from the riders, a lot of hard work with many hours training and testing, great bikes and technical products kindly supplied by sponsors.

Of course one of the most important factors is a strong team spirit, KORR operates on a very small budget and is totally dependent on friends and family to volunteer their help, without this devotion from various people it would be very difficult to be in the position we currently find ourselves, so a big thank you to everybody that supports Daryl, Greg and James.

James Giddings – KTM 125EXC, James currently is leading his class in the experts sector of BEC, from the moment James switched to riding KTM and with help from Daryl and GREG his results and performance have dramatically improved, he also has won the REME winter series Hare N Hounds championship.

Greg Evans – KTM 305EXC-F, Greg is enjoying his best and most consistent season to date and really is starting to show his true potential, the mixture of his bored out 250F and his unlimited dedication is proving a successful combination. I have helped Greg for over 3 seasons and always bad luck seems to have slowed his progress, but he has never given up trying and believing in himself. He has shown on several special tests this year that he can challenge David Knight which

only goes to show how much he has improved. Greg finished a strong 2nd behind factory rider David Knight in the British Enduro Sprint Championship, he has also after recent strong performances at the last 2 BEC rounds moved into the lead of the E2 class. Greg also dominates the E2 Senior class of the European Enduro series having won all 3 rounds so far and with only 1 round to go, looks favourite to take this crown.

Daryl Bolter – KTM 250EXC-F, Now in his second year aboard a KTM 250F Daryl has returned to the level he was at several seasons ago when he was a full time professional rider before some injuries halted his progress. So far this season Daryl has won the REME Summer series championship, the Welsh 2 Day and finished 3rd in the British Enduro Sprint Championship behind Knighter and Greg making a KTM 123. He is leading the ACU UK Cross-country championship having

won all rounds so far, Daryl also sits comfortably in second position overall behind Knighter in the British Enduro Championship and leads the E1 class.

Once again thanks to all sponsors who help make this happen Kind regards

Julian Stevens
