GasGas riders at the Enduro World Championship in Rovetta, Italy
Last weekend, several GasGas riders were part of the third test of the Enduro World Championship that took place in the Italian city of Rovetta.
The French rider Cristophe Nambotin stood out in the Enduro 3 category. He got first place on Saturday and then got second place on Sunday.
With regard to the Enduro 2 category, Jordi Figueras got 15th in both tests.
In the Junior category, Robert Kvarnstrom got a 21st place on Saturday and a 12th place on Sunday; and he also got second place at the Youth Cup (a Cup for riders who are 21 years old or younger, with 125 cubic centimeters motorbikes).
Yannik Bossi was not able to get to the finish line due to his several falls; and Arnau Solá did not take part in the tests since he is still recovering from his injury.
Female GasGas riders did an excellent job, too. Blandine Dufrene got first place on Saturday; and Autrey Rossat -who got third- joined her on the podium. One of the favorites, the rider Ludivine Puy, ended up fourth on Saturday. Ludivine committed a fault and that meant five minutes of penalization. However, that did not stop her and she became the absolute winner on Sunday.
The fourth test of this World Championship will be held on June 12th and 13th in the city of Kwidzyn, in Poland.
